On time delivery and installation from flipkart is excellent.
Video clarity is very good and color reproduction is exceptional. Thanks to A+ Grade panel(as only 15% of TVs in world have it).
Connectivity options like HDMI and USB are enough for regular use.
Sound output is decent.
The look and feel and quality are typically as per BPL standards.

Personal experience with BPL Vivid
Pros:
Nice Display. Good sound output from the TV speakers
2 USB ports and 2 HDMI ports. They seem to work well.
HD clarity at Full hd is very good. Nice panel from BPL.
Cons:
Does not have an optical output so home theater connection can be a problem.

Nice product
Price - Had a 39" Samsung LCD to exchange for which I got 16K. Net payable was 7K. Value for money.
Display - Decent colour and contrast ratio. On a standard hathway setup box clarity not that great but good in a tata sky or airtel hd connection.
Connectivity - HDMI works well. Connects my setup box or dvd player or laptop and PlayStation so purpose solved for me. USB plays most videos, all songs and images.

Just wow!
Sound is a little low as with all LED TVs, so I connected my Logitech 2.1 speakers and now it's very good.
If you are planning to get a HD tv, go ahead and buy this one with confidence and you will not be disappointed.
Pls note this doesn't support Bluetooth or 5.1 for sound out, so you can't connect wireless or external 5.1 speakers.

A worthy buy! Another great product from BPL
After facing so many issues with Samsung Monitor & LG TV, I decided not to go for any korean brands.
