Got a call from Onida with in 2 hours of delivery and scheduled for Demo for the same day. Since it was not convenient for me i reschedule it after 2 days.

I ordered this product on 14th April 2016, I got this machine on 18th April 2016 from Flipkart, delivery was nice with in given time period.installation call received on the same delivery date and person came on very next day after product delivery.i received 2 or 3 calls about delivery, installation from Flipkart as feed back perpose it's quite happy about the product delivery and installation too.

great machine, slightly noisy & takes a long while
but then i should've known this all the while. It is nice, uncomplicated machine. Now that I've started observing, the noise during its spin is on the higher side and it takes a long while (for anything other than the rapid 15" mode) to wash. I'm quite happy with it so far - it has been about 2 months since I've been using it.

Worst experience ever!
Product OK.. Delivery also fine but installation done after 11days of delivery.....
Onida is not that serious to provide their customers with proper feedback and their engineers ..... God should save us from them..
Flipkart should seriously look into it as they r giving them their platform to sell things..
All the best for installation for those who r thinking to buy this ......

While unboxing I found it is not well protected. No company seal / unsealed box. There is leakage of water from the drain pipe, which is damaged the bottom of the packaging completely.
Complaint is launched and flipkart convinced that it is qc tested product and i called for installation. Installation did by next day of delivery.
Good service by flipkart.
Further its phatic experience with onida service centre. No one is responsib...

Ordered wdh a bit of hesitations as i have used samsung ones untill now. it look nice initially wen delivered there was a tentative delay by Onida; wen they sent a guy he said he didnt have any idea of an autimatic frontloading 1.
