Worst experience. AC delivered to me on 3/11/18. On its installation by authorised personnel on 6/11/18 it's Compressor did not work. They given a report that AC be replaced as it's compressor is not working Trying for replacement of AC since 6/11/18 but it is not being provided by Flipcart. Got it at a much cheaper price than local dealer with complete brand warranty.And the best part is only Flipkart delivers to Guwahati, Assam.,truly pan india unlike other ecommerce website. Excellent product, really efficent superb cooling, better than O General split AC which i have in the office, I was thinking it was not possible to buy a big product like AC through the net, flip kart proved me wrong, they delivered me this product within two days after ordering It, and the very next day, the authorised service agent from the company send the technician to fix it, reasonable charges to fix it, the best part is the Ac is like a freezer. A:No. Its a window AC. Its exhaust is built within the ac so it is required to have an open area towards the back, and hence it is best to put the ac on window, rather than on wall.
