Decent product
I expected more than it has in it, so am not happy with it. After reading lots of positive reviews on other sites as well I decided to purchase it, in order to learn meditation but got disappointment and found it not so helpful. It gives the insights of the stages though; and also suggests that the true benefit of heartfulness can only be achieved with its trainer...

Best in the market!
