Absolute rubbish!
Water started leaking after 5 months. I stay in Hyderabad and when I contacted for service assistance they are asking us to send the entire Geyser to some place near Delhi

Really Nice
Good delivery from Flipkart. you have to install it by any local plumber or by own. I installed it own.it is very easy to install. And product is really good. Takes only 5-6 minutes to heat up the water.cut off feature is working perfectly. Happy with it.and its not 5star product.

Terrible product
Do not buy this even if your get it free. Thank God no one was in bathroom when it leaked and almost busted out hot air and water like a pressure cooker. My PVC pipe for the inlet was melted due to reversed hot water flow from this geyser. Go for better brands. My geyser is in warrenty still I'll not go for repair or replacement.

Pathetic experience.. Zero customer support.
Pathetic experience. Bought this item in this summar - around Aug'18. Due to summer, we hardly used this but got this installed. When we started to use this a week back, it went fine for just one day. From second day onwards, the connections are not working and even lights are not turning on. Not working at all. When tried to contact the customer care, I tried 100 times but nobody picked up the call. Tried other options as well, but nothing worked. Pathetic !
