great product. ease of use is excellent. silent and vibration free. the cloths that comes out after washing are very soft. no sign of tearing of clothes. I have tried few extremely dirty cloths ... I would say I am completely satisfied. excellent results. the Buttons and front panel are bit old fashioned but they do the job as expected. the plus point is there is no option for water to enter through panel.
