Not recommended at all
very bad product , and very bad service on top of that bpl support team just never visits if they visit they don't have parts the parts reach them in 60 days , from South India.
NOW BPL TELLS ME, THEY DON'T HAVE PARTS
AND THEY WILL NOT FIX
so buy at your own risk, bad products can be compensated by good service, but here there is nothing good , it is all bad package, this is no more the BPL we use to trust.

Pathetic services and poor product design by BPL!
The product has many drawbacks which are not apparent in specifications: very short wire to connect, very short pipes for connecting and draining water (these will need additional money to fix) and no wheels for convenience.
8 months down the line had issue with dryer and it was within warranty period. Technician keeps saying that he hasn't got a part and now refuses to pick up phone calls. No support whatsoever from brand.
DO NOT BUY FROM BPL!
