2- good for washing utensils in kitchen.
3- converts running cold tap water into hot water.
4- can be used to heat one bucket water for bathing.
5- hotness of water can be increased by slowing down the tap. means slow water running from tap will be more hot.
Cons:
1- consumes high electricity as it is a 3000w instrument.
2- A little (very less quantity) wastage of water.

Perfect product!
Awesome product.
It gives hot water within 4-8 seconds and it has feature to auto cut-off. So, it safe it self and save electricity as well.

warmth of the water is appreciable. Accurate warmth. Easy to install. Warm water comes after 6-7 seconds. temp of water depends on speed of water. if tap is open little then more warm water will come.
