I Got damaged product

I ordered for Crompton Greaves CGRC-MRC 92 1.8 L Electric Rice Cooker in Oct 2015.
I got damaged product (delivery address given my home town address).
Machine (inner part) is working fine, but outside of the cooker was damaged.
I am not tried for return, because I am staying in pune and my parents staying in my home town (very far from pune)... My parents not known the return procedure.
Before 10 days I need to return the product, if return policy given as 1 month it will be useful for custo...
