It has 2 measurement modes (body and object) to do practical and convenient temperature measurements conveniently. It takes only 1 second to show accurate results on a large size LCD display. The display has 3 colours backlight to tell easily about the temperature. If you have normal temperature, the monitor shows green colour. The monitor becomes orange when you have low fever and red when you have high fever. It saves last 35 results automatically. Worst experience ever!

I am a doctor,,, so for my patient I purchased this .
Since the time I purchased it even patients have very high fever it show normal temperature 96 F (i also check with my digital thermometer which shows 103 F for same patient)
I have observed many time it does not give accurate reading so i don't recommend it
please not buy this product (I thought this company should great but i was wrong)....

It is convenient to use and working fine but the accuracy of this thermometer is not good as it is always showing a different reading.
The variation of the reading is mostly between 0.5. But sometimes it shows a large variation between readings. For Ex : 1st Reading = 98.1, 2nd Reading = 98.3, 3rd Reading = 98.3, 4th Reading = 98.5, 5th Reading = 98.2

A:Yes it can measure. You need not to touch the machine to the surface. Keep 3cm away, shoot the trigger, wait for a second. That's all.Be sure to change the mode from body to surface.
