This phone features a photo speed-dial function that does not require the seniors to remember the exact speed-dial number to call someone on that list. It requires the senior to press the number that appears next to the person’s photo to call him/her. Eight contacts can be added on the speed-dial list.

To ensure that seniors can hear calls clearly, this phone offers clear and loud sound as well as ringtone to ensure that the user does not miss any call. Utterly Disappointed
When I raised a return request, a technician came and visited and saw that mobile has this problem. Still my return got rejected.
(Maybe I got a bad piece. Hope Flipkart replaces it with a good mobile. i will update the review if I get a new piece.)
If I don't get that option then it is a struggle as this problem makes the mobile unusable in a week.
