Utterly Disappointed
1) One side of the headset broke when removing it. This was normal usage, I did not yank it out of my head, I had just removed it gently.
2) Sound quality is not great.
3) Caused ear pain after wearing it for 30 minutes for me, this would depend on individual ear size etc.
Highly disappointed with the quality of this product, cheap looking built and right side of the headset breaking within a week of usage.
Update: The company sent a replacement headset based on my complaint.
