very much dissatisfied with the product after seeing good review on flipcart YouTube purchased this geyser & the 2n day after installing found water lickege from the bottom of the geyser then contacted the customer care number & describe the lickege problem to him & he replied this lickege from the geyser is natural not manufacturing defect it is a very unpleasant experience with me .

If you have a joint family then please avoid this particular variant go for the variant with more than 15 litres of capacity.I have a small family still facing some issues that 15 litres won't fulfil my needs other than that no issues in the product works finely for me.
