JBL REFLECT MINI Wired Headset with Mic  (Red, In the Ear)

This product can't be repaired ; just use and throw.
I used it for a year and stopped working just after the warranty when visited service center they informed me that it can't be repaired.

This product is good. One can buy this product. Got genuine product. A happy customer. But I have certain issue with flipkart delivary. The product I had ordered finally reached me almost after 3 weeks including a replacement. Also I found that I paid 1K extra for this as the price has gone down after 3 weeks. Feel bad about it.

I bought this to arrest the noise around me at work. So I can pair it with my work laptop or phone and listen to songs without external noise disturbance at work. The in ear sits snugly. There are 3 sizes of ear buds provided. Arrests all external noise. Easy to charge and pair. Effect is great. On the downside does'nt work as a FM antenna for your phone radio like your regular corded headphones. Tried working out, jogging. No hassles of wire. Just great. Drove around with calls. Bought The JBL Reflect after discovering the clarity JBL's on the mono BT Headset.

Its just superb. The drains out after delivering 7 hours or awesome music. It has great range too.

Whats a Ear plug review without speaking about the sound quality.

The Product perfect for the people who loves music....
but can not guarantee on the mic...does not work at all
i have used while biking after purchase of 2 to 3 weeks...the mic does not work at all
not a good product for mobile users who wants to attend calls while travelling by bike.

Battery life came down to just 1.5 hours after 5 charges.
Sound breaks when I move my phone.
Bluetooth range not even 5 feet.

I think I got a faulty piece. How can I avail my warranty? Please help !!

Have been using Flipkart for a very long time. Never had issues so far. But this product has been very disappointing. Had already requested for an exchange of the first product and even the second one has been causing lots of issues.

Pros: 1. Music quality is good but not loud. So indoor use is good, Outdoor is bad.
