Unsatisfactory
It was supposed to be an open the box delivery but got delivered without opening the box. While its understandable that the connecting pipes are treated as accessories and are not included with this geyser but who makes a geyser with only a cable and no connector. The engineer who designed this and the genius who approved the design should be fired and Kenstar if you have any shame then you should recall this product immedeately unless you are going to re-introduce it with a connector.
