The product is quite decent.
The three star is because of lack of equipment alongside geyser.
The thermostat is quite good in terms of sensing the temperature of water irrespective of on/off mode.
Make sure that your mcb slot is of 14A rating otherwise there'll be trip.
Although it's instant geyser, you need to put the tap on low speed water flow to let the heating element transfer the joules :P
Will let you know the status of product after couple of months of usage.

Avoid
Product stopped heating within 6 months of installation. Also when it was working the water was not heating adequately. Avoid.
