I PURCHASE IT ON 19 JUNE 2018 WHEN I RECIEVED IT AND CHECK __WATER PUMP WAS NOT WORKING AND LEAKEAGE IN BOTTOM SIDE , I SHOKED TO SEE IT ,PRODUCT IS NOT WELL AS SHOWN IN WEBSITE , REFUND IS NOT AVAILABLE IN RETURN POLLICE SO I HAVE TO REPLACE IT ,SO I GOT TOTAL LOSS OF 7000 RS. My cooler stopped working within one month of purchase on may 19 2018 . then on I am go on giving complaint to Maharaja customer care but still today 12/06/18 SERVICE agent hasn't visited my house, even though the service centre is 1km away from our house. when I have contacted them they go on postpone their visit. actually my frnd purchased symphony cooler 4 yrs back and is still in good condition. And even he insisted me to go for symphony brand instead of Maharaja, but I couldn't come...
