Post that, you will receive a call from the brand authorized service engineer to schedule a mutually convenient time to provide demo and installation at your doorstep. Utterly Disappointed

They failed to complete installation and demo so far.
Three so called engineer came but could not demonstrate what to cook in each command of auto menu from A1 to A12. No mentioned of execution auto cooking command in user manual. All 'Jeeves' and 'Midea' people sending massages after each failed attempt to demonstrate and explain auto cook command that issue has been resolved, thus making fun of code/ number they provided to customer to be shared after satisfactory installation and demo. Useless product

I have bought the Midea 30 ltr Convection microwave from Flipkart.... But the installation and demo person doesn't know any thing about the microwave as how to operate and how to use of the function.... He just came to my house and open the box and install it... And for demo he said that start the microwave set the timer and stop button... And asked if he you know the more function pls attend the cooking classes.. He doesn't said anything about auto cook menu and other functions... Have dema...
