A:I’m using the same geyser, it’s quite hot. Like you need a ratio of ~30:70 of hot and cold water to make it comfortable for skin

This is worse experience with this product. Leakage and damage of heating element found three-four times in particular season.
And even Many complaints not rectified till date.
I am regular customer of Flipkart.
Request Flipkart to interrupt in this issue to resolve.

Am using this from last season, last season it works very well ,take 15-20min to heat up water then cut off but in this season it takes 1-1.30 hour for same , service guy come and said water is cold that's why it takes more time , and funny thing is company send a msg with code satisfied , not satisfied, dis satisfied they put on complaint page by there own satisfied code . Not satisfied with service
