worst service

I have bought this kettle in Aug 2016. With in two month it became faulty. I tried orpat customer care as well as flipkart. There is no response from both. There is no provision for servicing of items purchased online. Till today i could not repair it. Then what is the use of warranty. There is no provision to repair it by getting the item by post, by the company.
