    worst product. Worst Service.. Don't Ever buy.

    Philips products and the service are purely a fraud. There are frequent problems in the working of this filter and their rude and unprofessional technicians come and falsely state that problem is resolved without actually doing so. This has happened repeatedly with me.

    This problem of non working of filter has been faced right from beginning. I filed complaint earlier also and your technician stated that there was no problem.
    Same has been the case again.

    Quiet machine.

    The purifier comes adequately packed by Flipkart. The packing makes the product look cumbersome, but it's decently sized and light. The interface is basic with just 4 buttons and a "screen" which shows the room air quality. I personally have my doubts on the good/bad/ugly type colour of the dial indicating the air quality, but I guess you need to take this on face value.     Horrible

    I bought it from a reliance store. From the first day itself there was a foul smell coming out with the air. If I contact the customer care they will say the filters don't come under warranty (i read about it in Amazon's review, only after buying the item). I'm not sure what to do with the machine now..Please don't buy this product or at least check before buying the same..
