Worst experience ever!
I got a used product and some parts missing. Any ways as it was philips brand it was running on ok condition. I got to know the product was used by seeing the dust bag. There were hair particles in it and lots of household dust. Thought to return the product than thought it will be too chaotic and i dont have that much patience and time. So kept it. My advise is to you that dont buy and costly product from flipkart. You never know how you will be fooled!
