Did not meet expectations

The product is not good at all. The hot plate sticks to ur garments and is enough to burn them!! It works only fine when switched to low heat mode.. DON'T USE IT ON MODE 3.. water keeps dripping from the holes in the plate... Won't buy steam iron again!! Very bad experience

A:After filling up the water please keep the iron in switched on mode for atleast 05 mins so that the iron get stable with the water as it take time to get the water heated up.
