When I opened the parcel....all the items were in prefect new condition.
Only thing I didn't like is the ceramic coating....it is very thin we have to only use a wooden spatula. a metallic spoon will easily remove the coating. Also the lid doesn't easily fit the 5 litre.... We need to knack of it.....
