Q:It is confusing. Some people are saying we get stater kit. Others said no. Which is true. Also will the Samsung person give the product demo?
A:We get only 2 microwave safe Bowls (1 small,1 Medium), Instruction manual. Samsung person comes for demo which is no use, educate yourself by reading manual. Oven is very good in performance & quality

It's Perfect. You may get cheaper ones but its a great oven.
With the starter kit, it also comes with 2 grill pieces, 1 microwave safe approved pan.
If you're looking for quality, great design, good after service, just go for this one.
I can't find any negatives in this Samsung oven. One thing though. The samsung engineer never came for th3 demo. He cancelled the demo himself, when he couldn't make it , after promising 2 times.

Good, all-round microwave oven
We have used this over about 1.5 months, post which this review is being written.
Quite happy with the product; easy to operate, and all the functions - normal microwave cooking, baking cake / brownies, grills - meat / tandoori chicken, all work fine. Due to the ceramic interior, the oven is quite easy to clean.

Everthing is fine with this oven! SUPERB, SMOOTH, FINE!
When it was delivered to me, there was a very unnoticeable dent on the top of oven, but i compromised it because we can undertand that dent would have been created while packaging or anywhere, when its human, the mistakes happen. so i didn't returned.
SERVICE- best i can say, the guy came over for installation was very good, he explained everything in very short period.
even i boight extra 2years extended warranty which is quite good. ...

Product is good.. But installation and demo no one is here from past 2 weeks,,... Now that is were we buy brand right for good service. Now what if the oven needs any service??? They will just make you cry if your oven needs repair in warranty.

Within 10days inside light is not working. Last time also flipkart sent damaged LG microwave.. this time this was fine for one week.. now inside buld is not working. Flipkart do you sell damaged goods always?
