Its is a surprise gift for my mom n she is sooo happy with it.. thank u flipkart for timely delivery🎁 🚚 looks Good ... max 4 bucket water used.. cleans good..... less noise... perfect for family of 4-or 5...65 minutes cycle for daily wash program..3 hour program for heater option..!! Machine performance is good.
but be in mind you have to select correct mode for exact type of clothes you are going to wash.
Vibrations are less but bit noisy.
Cons:
The installation guy came on same day but he is having less knowledge about machine. He told me to add detergent in prewash compartment. Luckily i read user manual before using machine.
He has not done initial mandatory recommended callibration too.
Also you have to take up and bend t...

1st impression is good
After many research I've ordered Samsung WM. I don't want complicated functions, so in this machine simple functions that we need. Today installed and 1st impression is good on my mind. But a little disappointment, as there is minor dent on side wall! This couldn't be happen.
Machine runs nice, spin noise is so negligible. Samsung installation boy is very good, though he has not deep knowledge, it's good experience with him. He didn't try to sell any item like cover, tap etc.

Must buy!
It's a no nonsense product. Does what it says. Almost silent operation compared to our previous top load machine. At 1000 RPM, the cloth gets dried within no time even if you're using an internal cloth stand.
Delivery was not very comfortable as the guy made me lift the old washing machine from the first floor to ground floor. Normally there'd be two people doing this job.

A:soap ? I think you mean to say Liquid detergents or powder detergent. if power then best to use matric detergents formulated for washing machines. liquid detergent always 1st choice though.

A:It can wash 3 blankets at once and it will dry clothes same as we dry in any open area which is exposed to sunlight but only one thing is you have to wait for extra 30 mins to get clothes dried
