Good service, average product
Service : Received damaged product (probably damaged in transit), promptly replaced by Flipkart in less than 48 hours.
Product: Takes a lot of time to heat a room (18X14 feet), as the thermostat is set at low level, even at knob setting at maximum. It cuts power after every 5 to 7 minutes . Perhaps 13 fins model was required.

A:heated oil is circulated within fins of the heater that in turn heats the air of the room and regulates the temperature of the room.
