Product Description
Bring home the Tefal Intense Pure AirPU4015 air purifier that is approved by the British Allergy Foundation and made in France. It targets the minutest of pollutants with its four-layered filtration technology. It diffuses purified air in different angles to ensure uniformity, and features different speed levels to tackle different levels of pollution.
Four Layer Filtration Technology
The four filter layers target different pollutants. The pre-filter filters large particles, such as dust and animal hair. The Active Carbon filter eliminates odours, gases and volatile organic compounds. The HEPA filter removes up to 99.97% of pollutants of 0.3 µm size. The NanoCaptur filter eradicates formaldehyde pollutants.
NanoCaptur Technology
This technology captures carcinogenic formaldehyde and breaks it down into new, neutral harmless molecules. The filter changes color (yellow to brown), so you can see the saturation level of the filter.
Homogenous Filtration
To ensure uniformity, purified air is diffused from sides and top at 45- and 90-degree angles.
Pollution Particles Neutralization
This ionisation feature releases negative ions into the air that attach themselves to pollution particles, neutralising them.
Timer and Start Delay function
Program the automatic timer to set how long this air purifier runs. Also, optimise energy consumption by using it as a start-delay function to switch it on.
Optimal Filtration

Practically No after sales service ....
I am not rating the product as such but the service from Tefal.
The product was delivered well in time and the delivery person advised me not to open the packing to avoid warranty issues and that a company engineer will come and demonstrate.
It was 30th November at 10 AM that I received the product.
Ever since I am waiting for the service guys to come and demonstrate.
Tefal doesn't answer and Flipkart keeps telling to wait for 24-48 hrs.
There is no resolution till date and I haven't been ab...

Value for money, works pretty well as it says. Using in Diwali time and cleans air in less than 20 minutes, keep windows and doors closed initially for best and quick results. Installation of filters was good experience, keep children away while assembly especially nanoCaptur filter taking out from its sealed packet. I am reviewing this product after using it for exact 3 weeks in Delhi. First let me tell you that I did lot of research before buying this product. Tefal is a France brand and they sell their air purifiers in USA also with under the brand Rowenta and I found good reviews for this rowenta air purifiers in another big e-commerce website of USA. One of the best air purifier at moderate price.In fact at this pricepoint not a single branded quality air purifier with these great features is available in the market.Thanks to Flipkart for this.The fit and finish of the product and packaging is excellent. A:Purification of air is continuous process. You can even use it for 18 hours. Read my tips in review. Consumes 18 watts to 38 watts (from speed 2 to 4), checked with power monitoring smart plug.
