Bought this on 5th April for 29.5K for my bed room. I thought this is very good deal – 3 Star inverter AC with copper condenser, free installation and 10 year warranty.

Flipkart delivered the product within 24 hours. Installation was committed to be completed by 8th April. Whirlpool technician came for installation after 8PM on 9th April night. He finished installation by 10PM. Installation was below average – drilling job was not neat, room was filled with all cement debris, the opening mad...

I was truly amazed by the effort since it has been already late for delivery, but lastly they have made it to deliver it properly without doing any harm to the product. so its 4**** star I have already given(this is because the location is in remote area), rest is about the promise they have made about the free installation and again there have given me no excuse and refund me back via gift card of rs 1500, when i was being charged by the whirlpool installation engineer @ my place. so again, ...

The product is good but installation service process is the worst the person who came to install didn't had a 3 pin plug which is something basic i would expect a wire man to have he just fitted ac and pulged the open wires in an extention as per him its was ok. Later when i ready the instruction it was advised that Air conditioning should connected to a proper socket on the wall with a 3 pin plug or it might lead to fire or might sopil the air conditioning unit

Ordered on 24th and got installed within 3 days. Happy with the product so far.

Prompt Delivery. But the product is Aluminum Condenser. Spec says Copper Condenser.
I don't recommend this product.
It is frequent curcuit board failure, dont buy it.

Why it is not available in mumbai.. send some to bhiwandi warehouse.
