Saute it for 2 mins, Now add 200g Veerah Dindigul Biriyani Mix.Saute well for 7 mins., Next add water quantity of 1:2 ratio of rice to water respectively. Close the cokker vessel and put weight on the lid. wait for the whistles. Note: Mutton - 4 whistles / Chicken - 2 whistles / Mushroom & Vegetables - 1 Whistles. Off the flame after Whistles., Finally open the cooker lid once the pressure has released naturally., Now add soaked 250gm seeraga samba / Basumati rice ( drain the water before adding )., On the flame to stir gently till water gets drained (semi solid condition). Reduce the flame to fully sim., Again close the vessel along with the weight on the lid.wait or 15 mins. Off the flame. Set Aside., After 10 mins, Open the cooker. Delicious Dindigul Biriyani Ready!
